Use For:
TREAXAMIC Injection contains Tranexamic Acid Injection IP, an antifibrinolytic agent used to control and prevent excessive bleeding. Tranexamic acid works by inhibiting the activation of plasminogen to plasmin, an enzyme responsible for dissolving blood clots. This helps stabilize blood clots and reduces bleeding in conditions such as heavy menstrual bleeding, trauma, surgical procedures (including dental and orthopedic surgeries), and in patients with bleeding disorders.

TREAXAMIC Injection contains Tranexamic Acid, a synthetic derivative of the amino acid lysine, used to control excessive bleeding by inhibiting fibrinolysis. It works by blocking the lysine binding sites on plasminogen, preventing the breakdown of fibrin clots.
TREAXAMIC is ideal for treating or preventing bleeding in conditions like menorrhagia, post-operative bleeding, trauma-related hemorrhage, and dental or gynecological surgery in patients with bleeding tendencies.

✅ How to Use

Administer via slow IV injection or IV infusion
Adult dose: Typically 500 mg to 1 g every 8–12 hours, depending on severity
Must be used under medical supervision with appropriate dilution
Do not administer rapidly to avoid hypotension
